What We Do
The Foundation pursues its mission through free, practical education. We publish plain-English guides and commentary on the tax questions entrepreneurs face most — choosing a business structure, paying quarterly estimated taxes, documenting deductions, and planning before year end. We maintain a growing glossary of tax and business terms so owners can understand the language of their own finances, and we curate government resources such as the Small Business Administration’s loan, mentorship, and training programs. We also host free workshops and webinars that bring this material to entrepreneurs live.
How We Operate
The American Development Foundation was incorporated in Wyoming in April 2024 and is recognized by the IRS as a 501(c)(3) public charity (EIN 99-2661092). Everything we offer is free. We do not sell products or services, we do not run advertising, and we do not provide individualized tax, legal, or investment advice — our work is educational, so owners can ask better questions and make more informed decisions with their own advisors.
